Our Process

Clear expectations from intake to return.

This process is designed to reduce uncertainty and protect your equipment at every stage.

  1. Step 1: Submit a Request. Share manufacturer, model, symptoms, repair history, photos, and desired outcome.
  2. Step 2: Initial Review. We confirm whether the unit appears to be a good fit and provide intake instructions.
  3. Step 3: Evaluation. Bench testing and inspection establish the true fault condition. Diagnostic fee policy is applied as published.
  4. Step 4: Estimate and Approval. You receive recommended work, estimated cost, and key limitations before major work begins.
  5. Step 5: Repair and Testing. Approved work is completed, then the unit is calibrated and operated through validation checks.
  6. Step 6: Return and Documentation. You receive service summary, major parts replaced, and practical care guidance.

Important Policy Notes

  • 1. Diagnostic fees and deposits depend on equipment type and workload.
  • 2. Parts availability can affect scope and turnaround.
  • 3. Previous modifications may limit practical repair paths.
  • 4. Cosmetic wear and aging cannot always be fully reversed.
  • 5. Turnaround ranges are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
